Justin Primmer sentenced to time served following an assault in Huntsville

A convicted killer gets time served after assaulting a local woman. The assault happened in January and Justin Primmer has been in jail since then. Primmer was living in Huntsville before the assault took place. He was in court yesterday and sentenced to time served three months plus one day. The name of the victim is protected under a publication ban. Primmer is no stranger to being behind bars. He was convicted of manslaughter, 10 years ago for stabbing a Stratford man to death. He also did time for viciously assaulting a woman in London before moving to Huntsville last October.
