Dog owner faces charges in Pet Valu animal attack

The owner of a dog that allegedly attacked a Pet Valu employee is facing charges.

Bracebridge OPP confirms the 27-year-old Port Carling man was charged under the Dog Owner’s Liability Act.
He faces a charge of failing to prevent the dog from attacking.
The owner will be in court in Bracebridge on January 7th.
