With Christmas quickly approaching the Bracebridge OPP is warning the public about door-to-door sales.
Officers say that you should take caution when anyone comes to your door with sales or service.
Never leave the residence and if the person ever refuses to leave you should contact the OPP or 9-1-1.
As well, if you are interested in purchasing a product being sold, make sure to check the product over thoroughly and also read over all the fine print.
Never give out personal information unless you are sure you want to sign a contract.
