A local Rotarian is explaining the details behind what Syrian refugees are facing on a daily basis.
Following the announcement of a campaign to bring three Syrian families to Bracebridge, Peter Rickard with the club says, these are families who are caught in between a war they never wanted.
Rickard says these families are living with nothing in refugee camps set up by the UN having either left their belongings behind or having lost them in bombings.
He says this will give these families a chance to live a normal life once again.
