A large amount of money has been donated towards funding scholarships for women studying at Georgian College.
The school announced that $350,000 was raised by the Women’s inTUITION campaign. Campaign members say they reached out to other colleagues and friends to gain pledges.
The student population at all seven college campuses is just over 50 per cent of women.
