The Kelvin Grove Park Wharf reconstruction and historic walk projects are making progress. Council approved C.C Tatham & Associates Limited as their project manager. The Town is spending $84,150 plus H.S.T so the company can develop design solutions for the damages caused by last year’s flooding. Mayor Graydon Smith says construction on Kelvin Grove Park Wharf will be done over the course of the summer. Council will make the final approval next week.
