A former Barrie Christian Radio host is facing over two years in prison for pedophilia.
The Gravenhurst Banner reports that 33-year-old Jason McIntyre was sentenced to 33 months by a judge in Bracebridge today.
Nine months will be subtracted due to his time in custody before the trial.
McIntyre was arrested in suspicion of pedophilia in May of 2014 after a mother discovered a conversation between himself and her 12-year-old son.
Her son had also sent a naked picture to McIntyre.
During the sentencing the judge outlined the fact that the courts take these types of charges very seriously.
