One person has died in a car crash on Highway 11.
Police say the crash happened early this morning between Memorial Avenue and Highway 12 in Orillia. A vehicle hit the guard rail and rolled over into the other lane where it was then hit by a pickup truck.
The male driver was pronounced dead at the scene, and the driver of the pickup truck was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The area will be shut down until further notice as police investigate.
