Animal feces have caused a beach closure in Huntsville.
The Town of Huntsville says North Mary Lake Beach is closed until further notice. The feces are caused by a broken beaver dam close to the beach bringing in high levels of E.coli.
The Simcoe Muskoka District Heath Unit suggests residents around the area to have their wells tested. Testing kits can be picked up at the Town Hall and the Health Unit’s office.
