Canada’s Revenue Agency says there won’t be punishment for anyone late filing 2013 tax returns if they’re affected by website problems. The CRA revealed yesterday they’d shutdown their page because of the so-called Heart-bleed bug. The software mistake leaves online information vulnerable to fraud, and was discovered by Google to be on a number of websites. Experts say it went undiscovered for two years. Teams are working on the problem, and say the address may be down until the weekend. An update on the situation will be given later today.
