Southern Georgian Bay OPP report a 32-year-old man has received serious injuries when he hit a boat propeller.
The incident happened on the inland side of Big Chute, on the Trent Severn Waterway, on Saturday just after 7 p.m.
The man was driving the boat with another person being towed on a tube.
He then stopped the boat and jumped into the water to take his turn on the tube.

Officials say that is when he came in contact with the propeller, and was seriously injured.
The man was airlifted to a Toronto hospital, and his current condition is has not been reported.
