Putting more roofs over more heads is the name of the game for the Muskoka Affordable Housing Initiatives Program.
The District of Muskoka is looking to address any affordable housing problems in Muskoka by increasing supply of affordable housing and rental accommodations. Their second goal in the program is to offer any funding for an assortment of housing needs across the housing markets.
Incentive funding, rent supplements, and home ownership programs are offered as well.
