ZcizzorZ Hair Salon has a new owner! Joanne Williams is taking the reins from Nanette Van’t Wout who has been running the salon for the past 7 years. Williams officially took over yesterday. She’s an award winning hairstylist with 27 years’ experience in both Newfoundland and Ontario salons. Williams says to own and manage her own salon has always been a dream of hers.
