Residents concerns about new Bracebridge gas station will be heard

Bracebridge’s Mayor Graydon Smith says residents who have concerns about the new gas station proposal will be listened to. Some critics say its proposed location is too close to nearby row housing and may not be the most suitable spot with its entrance off Cedar Lane just south of the Bracebridge roundabout…

Smith says council recognizes there’s a lot of interest in the issue. He says council still has to make sure it conforms to good planning principals.
