Fundraisers for Gravenhurst man raise $8,068

A local pub brought musicians together recently in support of a Gravenhurst man.

This past Saturday the Frosty Pint Pub showcased area bands as a fundraiser to raise money to buy a prosthetic leg for Todd Zeats. Zeats lost one of his legs to diabetes and once the ‘Tunes for Todd’ night proceeds were counted, over $3,082 had been raised. More from Frosty Pint Pub owner Bob O’Brien…

Money that evening was collected via donations, silent auction sales and proceeds at the pub ($2,116.25), and money collected by Sander Motor Sales ($966). Close to $4,986 has also been raised separately by Sander Motor Sales via $100donations by the company from each car sale made there since March. That component was called ‘Treasures for Todd’.
