Huntsville celebrates Earth Day with a bike workshop and free compost

Today is Earth Day and the Town of Huntsville is giving away free compost to celebrate. If you want to get free soil, you’ll have to bring your own materials to the Madill Works Yard from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. today. Lake of Bays will also be giving compost away at the Baysville transfer site. Meanwhile, Huntsville is hosting a free Spring Bike Tune-Up and Safety Workshop at the Canada Summit Centre from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
