April 16th is National Advance Care Planning Day and the District of Muskoka Community Services is hosting a Speak Up campaign to encourage families to speak with their loved ones about after life planning. Kate Cavan, Seniors’ Wellness Outreach Coordinator for the District has more.

The first information session for Advance Care Planning is April 14th in Gravenhurst. People can stop by at the Gravenhurst Seniors Centre from 9:30-11:00am and at Terrys Independent Grocer from 11:30-1:00pm.
