There won’t be a by-election in Huntsville

It looks like we won’t have a by-election after all in Huntsville. Council voted to appoint a councillor to replace Chris Zanetti’s seat at the regular meeting on . Council learned it would cost just over $57,000 to hold a by-election for Stisted, Stevenson and Port Sydney wards. Councillor Jonathan Wiebe was the only one who wasn’t in favour of appointing a new councillor.
