A Huntsville Judo athlete is on his way to the Canadian Judo National Championship in Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu Quebec. 29 year old Jeff Allen will be competing in the Masters Heavy Weight Division and the Senior + 100 kg division. He’s looking for sponsorship to help get him there. We spoke to him this week and he’s excited…
Allen trains at the Huntsville Judo Club. Recently he got silver at the Ontario International Open and his next event before the Nationals is the Peel Judo Championship on March 28th.
The nationals happen May 14th to the 17th and he’ll be competing against the strongest judo athletes from across the country.
