Huntsville’s mayor believes the Save our Services Community Rally will be a peaceful one. It’s happening at Town Hall Saturday at 2 p.m. Scott Aitchison says it’s about speaking out against single-siting surgical services and the current healthcare funding model.
Huntsville’s rally will have many speakers including Burk’s Falls Reeve Cathy Still.
Parry Sound-Muskoka MP Tony Clement and MPP Norm Miller are expected to show up as well. There will also be live entertainment. Aitchison says the rally is not about bashing Muskoka Alognquin Healthcare or the board.
Meanwhile, Bracebridge will have its rally at the Sportsplex at 11 a.m.
