Lake of Bays Township are looking to make some revisions of their Official Plan. An open house is scheduled tomorrow. Mayor Bob Young says he would like to see the Official Plan take a philosophical approach.
Young says there’s been studies done on what should be in the official plan.
Young encouraging residents to come out to the open house. He says if people don’t share their input, council will have to judge on their behalf.
Young is also asking the area lake associations to write in. The meeting starts at 1pm in council chambers. It’s the first of many meeting that will occur over the next few months.
