A former Huntsville councillor has planned a rally to speak out against single-siting surgical services. Tim Withey says it’s happening in front of Huntsville town hall on Mar. 21 at 2 p.m. He says he is hoping residents who are also against the idea will come out to support the cause. Withey is presenting a deputation on the rally at town council tonight. He says he also hopes to address remarks made in an open letter by Muskoka Algonquin Board Chair Charles Forret last week.
