Maple Leaf Marinas and Muskoka Wake announce new strategic partnership

Maple Leaf Marinas has announced a new strategic partnership with Muskoka Wake, a local watersports school, aimed at expanding on-water programming across Muskoka, Georgian Bay, and Lake Simcoe.

Under the partnership, Muskoka Wake will serve as the exclusive watersports provider across the Maple Leaf Marinas’ network, offering professional instruction and programming behind MasterCraft and Malibu boats. Experiences will be available at multiple marina locations, including Walker’s Point Marina, Port Sandfield Marina, Huntsville Marine, Gordon Bay Marina, and Baysville Marina.

“Partnering with Muskoka Wake allows us to elevate what we offer at our dealer locations by putting expert coaching and premium on-water experiences directly into the hands of our customers,” said Steve Tait, vice-president of sales for Maple Leaf Marinas.

Muskoka Wake provides a range of services including private lessons, dockside clinics, youth camps, e-foiling, flyboarding, and special events for all ages and skill levels. These services will be integrated into select marina locations throughout the season.

According to officials, the collaboration is designed to bridge the gap between boat ownership and experience, helping customers learn and advance their skills with professional guidance.

“This partnership reflects our long-term vision of going beyond traditional marina services,” said Derek Lubert, president of Maple Leaf Marinas. “By working with Muskoka Wake, we’re able to combine premium boats, professional instruction, and an elevated on-water lifestyle.”

Muskoka Wake president and co-founder Andy Milovanovic said the partnership will allow the company to expand its reach while maintaining high standards. “Working with Maple Leaf Marinas and their dealer network creates more opportunities to introduce people to watersports in a meaningful way,” he said.
