Extreme cold warning still in effect for Parry Sound-Muskoka

The extreme cold warning continues for Parry Sound-Muskoka. Environment Canada says a period of very cold wind chills is expected today. A strong cold front has crossed southern Ontario bringing in much colder temperatures. The combination of cold temperatures and light winds will produce wind chills of minus 35 to minus 40 this morning. If you’re heading outdoors today, please dress warm as hypothermia and frost bite is possible.
