Staff and students at St. Dominic’s came together to celebrate the coming of Lent. Yesterday a pancake breakfast was served by the Hospitality and Tourism Program to celebrate Shrove Tuesday. Pancakes are eaten on this day because it contains eggs, fat and butter, items traditionally forbidden during Lent. It’s the 18th year the school has hosted this event.
