A recent fine reminds motorists to make sure they clear they windshield before hitting the road. West Parry Sound OPP saw a vehicle driving downtown on February 15th around 5:15pm, but couldn’t see inside the vehicle. Police say the front windshield was covered by a large amount of frost giving the driver only a small amount of visibility out the front. The 19-year-old was charged with window obstructed which carries a fine of $110.
