Bracebridge OPP is investigating an attempted break and enter in Gravenhurst.
Police say officers responded to a convenience store on Muskoka Rd. S near Bay St. around 5:20 a.m. Thursday morning. According to officials, the store’s owner heard someone breaking through his front door, who then fled when seen.
Officials say the male suspect was wearing a camouflage jacket, and possibly construction boots, running south on Muskoka Rd. S and passing behind the businesses onto John St..
Police are asking people in the area to check their surveillance footage between 4:30 and 5:30 a.m..
