Man charged with drug trafficking after traffic stop

The Bracebridge OPP has charged a 30-year-old Gravenhurst resident with drug trafficking after stopping him on Veteran’s Way in Gravenhurst.

Provincial Constable Samantha Bigley says officers stopped the man on Oct. 18 for a violation of the Highway Traffic Act.

The man has been charged with three counts of possession of a schedule one substance for having cocaine, fentanyl, and methamphetamine on him and possession of break-and-enter tools.

He has a court appearance scheduled in Nov.
