Highway 400’s southbound lanes continue to be closed as police investigate a serious crash.
Bracebridge OPP says the crash happened before 8:30 a.m. Tuesday morning, near South Gibson Lake Rd. in Georgian Bay Township.
According to police, a vehicle left the southbound 400 and crashed, with the driver taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Fire officials say southbound traffic is being detoured to Hwy 11 via Muskoka Road 38 and Muskoka Road 169.
OPP collision investigators are on-site.
