Bracebridge OPP bust suspect in child luring case

Bracebridge OPP has charged one person in connection to a child luring case.  OPP Constable Samantha Bigley says it happened in Bracebridge. Police say the suspect created a fake Facebook account and made contact with the victim.  A young person from Bracebridge, who cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, has been charged with luring a person under 18 years old. Police are reminding parents to know your child’s activity online, teach children to protect their passwords and encourage them not to share passwords with friends, and make sure they’re cautious when posting online.
