3rd Annual Safe Quiet Lakes meeting on Monday

Safe Quiet Lakes is bringing together stakeholders for their annual meeting on Monday. The 3rd annual event is happening at 9:30am at the Port Carling Community Centre. Safe Quiets Lakes started in 2011 out of concern over bad behaviour by some of the boaters on our lakes. Now the event focuses on educational awareness including loud engines, unsafe boats, drivers that go too fast near the shoreline and large wakes.
