Correctional Services Canada Pipes and Drums band is back from New York City. This past Friday, the band traveled from Fenbrook Institution in Gravenhurst to the Big Apple to be part of the St. Patrick’s Day parade. Snare drummer Tom Young says this year was especially meaningful.

Sheridan passed away in a car crash in 2013. Young says Sheridan’s wife and three daughters were very emotional that the band made the journey from Muskoka to NYC to play in honour of their loved one.
