Gravenhurst snowmobiler facing impaired charge

A 32 year old Gravenhurst man has been charged with impaired after he tried to evade police on a snowmobile. OPP say it happened Sunday at 1:35 am when they tried to do a traffic stop. The man’s snowmobile ended up hitting a police cruiser on Winhara Road. The man was charged with impaired driving and having too much alcohol in his system. He’s to be in Bracebridge Court on February 3rd.
