Teens aged 15 to 17 who want to play baseball locally should come out to an open workout this Saturday. Muskoka Hornets President Peter Haynes says they are hosting the event to see if there’s an interest in having a Midget Select team next year.

Haynes says they have aspirations to offer a baseball program to older teens.

The open workout is happening Saturday at McCulley Roberston Park’s Diamond F in Huntsville from 10am until noon. For more information, you can go to the Muskoka Hornets’ website.Â
