Huntsville/Bracebridge students are badminton champions

Huntsville High School’s Selena Norman has brought home the gold. Selena was at the Badminton Championships in Barrie yesterday and won the gold in Senior Girls Singles. She is now headed to OFSAA next week in Markham. Meanwhile, Bracebridge High School’s Senior badminton team came away with a 1st place overall. The girls’ doubles team of Dorothy Duck and Katie Harris as well as mixed doubles partners Chris Murphy and Kiersten Hillman took home first place in their divisions. They have also qualified for OFSAA.
