Gravenhurst residents stepped up to raise $162,972 for Gravenhurst Against Poverty, supported by 249 walkers, 49 teams and 50 volunteers. The organization secured nearly 88 per cent of its $185,000 target.

Community members took part in family-friendly walks on Feb. 28 to support local charities, providing essential services for people facing hurt, hunger, and homelessness.
