Christopher Skinner, Platoon Superintendent for Muskoka Paramedic Services, was honoured with the Governor General’s Emergency Medical Services Exemplary Service Medal on Oct. 23.
According to officials, this national honour celebrates paramedics with over 20 years of exceptional service, going above and beyond their normal call of duty, while demonstrating compassion and commitment to their communities.
Officials say Christopher is among 130 Ontario paramedics recognized at this year’s Ontario Association of Paramedic Chiefs Awards Gala for outstanding dedication to emergency services.
