Canadian National Pond Hockey kicks off at Deerhurst today

The 10^th annual Canadian National Pond Hockey Championships is here. This weekend is the open weekend for the event, while next weekend are the Masters. Both are expected to bring in over 1,500 athletes and their families from across Canada. It’s all happening at Deerhurst Resort with today’s matches starting at 1pm and running at late as nine. Saturday’s games run from nine until five, while Sunday is the championships. Pond Hockey is still looking for volunteers for the Masters weekend.
