Four people charged following break-in at Gravenhurst business

Four people have been charged following an early-morning break-in at a business in Gravenhurst.

According to police, at around 6 a.m. on Oct. 20, Bracebridge OPP officers responded to a report of a break-and-enter at a car wash location on Talisman Drive in Gravenhurst.

Police said the caller provided identifying information, which helped officers locate and arrest four individuals nearby.

As a result, a 46-year-old and a 42-year-old from Huntsville, along with a 26-year-old from West Grey Township, were charged with possession of break-in instruments, trafficking, mischief and possession of credit card data.

Police also charged a 56-year-old Kitchener man with the same offences, as well as two counts of possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.

All accused are slated to appear in court on January 12.
