A 33 and a 34-year-old from Bracebridge have been charged following a break and enter at an apartment in town.
According to the police, on Sept. 16, Bracebridge OPP began investigating a break and enter at an apartment located on Alice Street in Bracebridge.
Police said the resident had passed away, and the executor of the estate called police after realizing that multiple items were missing from the residence.
As a result of the investigation, a 33-year-old man from Bracebridge was charged with breaking and entering and theft under $5,000. He is slated to appear in court on Dec. 8.
A 34-year-old woman, also from Bracebridge, with breaking and entering and theft under $5,000. She is scheduled to show up to court on Oct. 15.
