The Town of Bracebridge has launched an online survey to gather public input to shape the future of its local transit service.
Town officials say the initiative marks the 10-year anniversary of the service, which provides transportation within the urban service area of Bracebridge.
Since it launched in 2016, officials say it has steadily grown, with ridership reaching more than 29,000 in 2025. The service currently runs Monday through Saturday on a one-hour round-trip route through the town’s urban core, stopping at 40 bus stops.
Through the survey, the town is looking to better understand how residents use transit today, what improvements could support future growth, and how service can continue to meet the evolving needs of the community.
The survey includes 35 questions, ranging from how often residents use the service to where they would like to see expanded service or additional stops.
The survey deadline is June 12. For more information or to take part, click here.
