Town of Bracebridge launches updated election website

The Town of Bracebridge has launched an updated election website, which will serve as the central hub for all election-related information.

According to officials, it is designed to provide clear, timely, and easy-to-understand election information for voters to follow throughout the process.

“Municipal elections play a vital role in shaping local communities, determining who will make decisions on issues that matter most to residents, including services, infrastructure, growth, and quality of life,” said officials.

The website will include key dates, voting options, candidate information, and updates as the election approaches.

Some key upcoming dates include April 30, when the town will hold a Candidate Information Session in the District of Muskoka Council Chambers, and May 1, when candidate nominations begin. Nominations close at 2 p.m. on Aug. 21, and residents can cast their votes in the Municipal Election from Oct. 14 to 26.

Residents are encouraged to follow along, stay informed, and make a plan to vote. For more information, click here.
