Huntsville looking into getting an accessible taxi

It looks like Huntsville wants an accessible taxi. Over the past few months, the town had a survey on their website asking residents if there’s a need in our community. Accessibility Advisory Committee Chair Debbie Kirwin told council on Monday, results show there’s an interest in having at least one accessible taxi. Town staff will be reviewing the possibility of having all local cab companies use this taxi to meet the town’s accessibility needs.
