Gravenhurst Seniors Activity Centre Reopening

September 8 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

The Gravenhurst Seniors Activity Centre is reopening. We are having a Welcome Back Registration on Sept. 7, 8 & 9, 2021 from 9 AM to 1 PM. The screening list is on both entrances and you must be fully vaccinated with proof & wear a mask indoors. The membership fee is $25 for 2022. The activities start Sept. 14th. We are closed Sept. 20th for the federal election. We are located at 480 First St. N. Gravenhurst. New members welcome.

World Suicide Prevention Day – Memorial bench and tree donation

World Suicide Prevention Day is observed on September 10th each year to promote worldwide action to prevent suicides. Various events and activities are held on this day to raise awareness that suicide is a preventable cause of premature death. This year the Simcoe County Suicide Awareness Council (SCSAC) will be donating a 6th memorial bench and tree to the Town of Gravenhurst.
