Ontario sees single day highs in deaths and case numbers from COVID-19

Public Health Ontario has added 564 confirmed cases of COVID-19 to it’s provincial count.

The new confirmed cases brings the overall number of COVID-19 cases province wide to 9,525.

The agency says there have been another 55 deaths due to the virus, bringing the number of those who have died from the virus in Ontario to 478.

The number of those who have recovered from the virus in Ontario now sits at 4,556.

It’s a single day high in Ontario for both deaths from COVID-19 and case numbers.
