UPDATE: Forensics Unit called to site of trailer fire south of Gravenhurst

Forensics Investigators have been called to the scene of a trailer home fire off HWY 11 SB. Three firefighters were injured battling the blaze at Muskoka Mobile Home Park – one fell on some ice and two suffered burns and had to be sent to hospital while aggressively entering a burning trailer after getting reports of someone trapped inside. The firefighters had received the call around 10am today. OPP Constable Samantha Bigley could not confirm or deny that someone died in the trailer. She said the call had been made by a woman who had been staying in the trailer, but where the woman made the call from, she couldnt say. What we can confirm is that the investigation has now been taken over by the Crime Unit and the scene is being held by police. No word yet on how the fire started.
