Huntsville Gives Updates On Projects And Services

Amid the COVID-19 outbreak, the Town of Huntsville is letting you know about a number of modified levels of service.

On Tuesday, the town released an update on delayed services as well as projects that are still planned to continue.

Street sweeping will continue with a minimum reduction in the schedule, while dust suppression has been postponed to next year.

Capital Road Construction Projects will continue as scheduled if contractors can demonstrate that worker safety is not at risk and physical distancing can be accomplished.

The town notes the King William Project is also planned to continue with an added safety measure for workers.

As well the Town of Huntsville BIA and Huntsville Horticultural Society will be working together to ensure raised flower beds downtown are planted and maintained.
