Changes to Smoke-Free Ontario Act in effect Friday

They’re also making it illegal to sell tobacco on university and college campuses. Medical Officer of Health with the HKPR district health unit, Dr. Lynn Noseworthy says this will give more chances to prevent people from starting to smoke.
