MUSKOKA, ON-Snow squalls are going to be developing overnight resulting in low visibility.

Muskoka and the area surrounding, can expect to be under an intense snow squall warning tomorrow morning. Local snow fall tomorrow morning can result in between 15 to 20 cm.

During this time, it is advised that low visibility will come into effect causing a white out.

Drivers are warned about traveling tomorrow and to take corners slowly, watch for tail lights and be prepared to stop immediately.

If you plan on travelling south to Orillia and Barrie, be prepared for heavier snow conditions.

Public Safety Canada is encouraging everyone to make an emergency plan and get a kit with drinking water, food, medicine, first-aid supplies and a flashlight.
