Huntsville council tonight

Tonight, Huntsville’s new mayor and council will meet for their first council meeting. On the agenda includes a deputation from Accelerate Muskoka. There will also be a presentation of the Staff Long Services Award. Council will also vote on hiring an assistant to the mayor, which would be a one-year contract position to start before considering a long-term full time basis. The meeting starts at 7pm in council chambers.
